The hot yellow sun

beating down

on the people laying down

on their towels

in the sand.

Splash, swash

go the waves

laughing and screaming

one girl sitting down

digging a hole

just to fill it with water

wondering if

she will ever get to the bottom.

Pitch black outside

All you can hear is howling in the distance. The big grey moon moves

while you are sleeping

and the light wakes up once again.

Erasers

are there

to show

no one

is perfect

but

everyone

makes mistakes

The sound of the rain was smooth.

Children went out to play...

but in the puddles.

They went inside for dinner.

They went to sleep.

The next day they tried to wake up,

but they never did...

Then everything was black

Hello. My name is Keith. I am a rapper. I have a girlfriend. Her name is Melody. Also, today is my birthday, so it would be polite if you said, “Happy Birthday.” Anyway, me and my girlfriend were going to Taco Bell. But ever since that Blaze guy came (not long ago). He’s been getting on my nerves. But enough about Blaze. Don’t get me STARTED on him!

“What’s up?” Blaze asked.

“None of your business.” I said.

“TELL ME NOW!” I squeaked.

“We’re going to Taco Bell!” I said.

“Can I join?”

“Blaze,” asked.

“Mmmm, okay. But don’t cause any trouble,” I said. After arriving, we ate some good tacos. Then we went back home.
